This privacy policy applies to the Timeora app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Timeora Development (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information from you for its own servers.
If you choose to grant permission, the Application may read certain health and fitness data from Apple Health / HealthKit, such as heart rate, step count, and other activity metrics that you select to display in watch face content, widgets, or related in-app features.
This HealthKit data is used only to provide and display the selected features inside the Application. The Service Provider does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data mining purposes.
HealthKit data is not sold to third parties.
The Application may access Apple Health / HealthKit data only after you grant explicit permission through Apple's permission prompts.
The Application may read health and fitness data including, where enabled by you, heart rate, step count, and similar activity-related metrics.
The Application uses this data only to show health-related information and personalized watch face content inside the Application and its related Apple Watch / widget experiences.
The Application does not use HealthKit data for advertising or similar services, and does not sell HealthKit data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or other third parties.
Unless explicitly stated in the Application for a specific feature, HealthKit data accessed by the Application is processed on-device and is not transferred to the Service Provider's servers.
You can manage or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in the Health app or in iPhone Settings.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider does not share HealthKit data with third parties, except if required by law.
If the Application uses third-party services for non-health functionality, those services do not receive your HealthKit data from the Application.
If HealthKit data is accessed by the Application, it is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the feature you use, and in many cases is displayed from on-device sources without being stored by the Service Provider.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may also revoke HealthKit permissions for the Application at any time through Apple Health or your device Settings.
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (support@timeora-app.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. HealthKit data accessed by the Application is protected by Apple's platform permissions and security mechanisms. Where the Application processes such data, the Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect it.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
